A new tenant must be found for the penthouse immediately before the financial situation of the Yılmaz Family gets worse. Already in struggle for some time, they have two strict rules in choosing prospects. The penthouse must never be rented to bachelors and students. The paths of Ateş (Furkan Andıç), who wants to make a fresh start in his life, and Yasemin (Nilay Deniz), who wants to support her family, cross when they see the listing. Although both are highly interested in the penthouse, neither of them is eligible to become the new tenant due to the family rules. After failing their first attempt, they decide to partner up not to miss the most affordable penthouse in the city. As a result of the partnership, the Yılmaz family accepts them as their new tenants. Nevertheless, they are unaware of the fact that their decision will affect the lives of Ayşen (Ezgi Şenler) and Demir (Yiğit Kirazcı), who work at the family restaurant downstairs. Four people with diverse backgrounds will not only fall in love but build a strong friendship which all began with a white lie.
