Adapted from the Filipino drama, A Mother’s Guilt is the story of Suna (Özge Özberk), who makes a grim deal and commits a crime to save her son’s life. After having a heart attack, Yusuf finds out that he must have surgery to survive. When Suna tries to cash out her investments, the company owner Sadri
(Musa Uzunlar) declares bankruptcy to save his daughter Yağmur’s future with insurance money. However, the only way to get it is to be murdered. Sadri makes Suna an offer to kill him in exchange for cash. After an unintentional shot during a fight between the two, Suna takes the money which marks the beginning of a lifelong
struggle. Standing by their love for each other, Yusuf and Yağmur are put to test by Suna’s sin.
